We set up earlier today right near the heart of town, firing up the roasters as the morning air drifted off the River Wharfe. The smell of slow-roasted pork, perfectly crisp golden crackling, and hot BBQ glazes quickly drew a crowd of hungry locals and visitors taking a break from walking along The Grove.
