A few tips on what to look for when selecting a Hog Roast Catering Company to cater your event. We constantly get desperate phone calls and emails from people who have been let down at the last minute by their caterers. Unfortunately we get booked up pretty early so usually cannot help.
The first thing to look for is a telephone number. If the website only has a a mobile number this should trigger alarm bells. Always book with someone who has a landline. Mobiles have no traceability no base needed. A professional business would always use a landline. Rule No.2 cheap isn’t alway best. What some companies will do and I know this for a fact is at the beginning of the season book all their work in with cheap quotes so they have a full order book. Then when they get enquires on the days they are booked they will send quotes out at a higher price than usual and if the client books cancel the original cheap job and replace it with the job that pays better money. The original client who thought they were getting a cheap caterer are left stranded weeks before their party. Never go for the cheapest quote they are cheap for a reason.
