Apple sauce, Sage & Onion stuffing, Chilli sauce, BBQ sauce, Jerk sauce,Crackling or Tomato sauce(surely not)
This is my choice and I like to think of myself as an expert. A soft bread roll with a large smear of sage and onion stuffing made with the pigs fat juices. Our home-made chilli sauce and a slice of crackling. Then steamy hot slow cooked pork placed on top omg yummy. Certainly NO butter its just wrong on a hog roast sandwich. Now ketchup where to begin. This is not a cheap Mcdonalds burger this is premium pork to tenderise your taste buds. Putting ketchup on is like asking a chef to make your steak well done lol. Ok each to their own I suppose but listen to the hog expert I have the belly to prove it.
